This spiritual healing session works with your energy body’s natural intelligence through a powerful Frequency activation. This method helps you move stagnant energies within your chakra (energy centre) system. It opens dormant pathways and awakens your innate inner power within you.

What is this work?

This is an energetic attunement that works directly with your nervous system, chakra centres, and subtle bodies. During the session, I open a channel and allow a specific frequency to fill the room, move through your body, and flow through your energy centres to create a powerful recalibration and realignment.


This attunement supports the release of stuck emotions and the clearing of energetic blockages, while simultaneously reawakening Kundalini - the creative life force energy that rises through the body and activates higher states of consciousness.

The Experience

Before we begin, I’ll guide you on how to prepare your space (if online) or you’ll arrive at my space ready to receive. We’ll briefly discuss what you’re moving through and any intentions you have.

Preparation

You’ll lie down comfortably. I work through energetic transmission, light touch (in person), and channeled guidance. As the frequency attunes your system and the internal healing capacity awakens, your body may move, shake, release emotion, or rest deeply. Whatever happens is exactly what needs to happen.

The Activation

After the session, you’ll have time to rest and ground. I’ll share any insights that came through and offer guidance for the days ahead.

Integration

The integration work continues to unfold. You may experience emotional releases, vivid dreams, shifts in relationships, or sudden clarity. This is all part of the recalibration.

Post Session

In Person

A more immersive container where you’re held in my space. Some people feel more supported being physically present, especially for their first activation.

Both are equally powerful. Trust what feels right for you.

Online

You receive the transmission in your own sacred space. Many people find this supports deeper surrender, as they can rest or sleep immediately afterward. The frequency settles into your environment, creating a lasting shift in your home.

Preparation

This work is sacred, and the container we create together matters. To support your body and nervous system in receiving the activation fully, I recommend:

    • Drink plenty of water and nourish yourself with whole, grounding foods

    • Reduce stimulants (caffeine, alcohol, heavy media consumption) where possible

    • Create space for rest, reflection, and gentle movement

    • Set a clear intention for what you're calling in or releasing

  • • Eat lightly a few hours before your session
    • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
    • Create a quiet, undisturbed space if receiving online
    • Have water nearby and a blanket for warmth

  • • Honor your need to rest deeply—this is integration work, not laziness
    • Avoid intense physical or social demands for 24–48 hours if possible
    • Continue drinking water and eating grounding foods
    • Journal any insights, dreams, or sensations that arise
    • Be gentle with yourself as old layers release and new frequencies settle

    The activation continues to unfold for days and sometimes weeks after our session. What you do (or don't do) in the days following can support or hinder the depth of your integration.
